Yoga asana is a technique by which one can converge his mind and
body to a single point, by which they reach Shoonya state called
enlightenment. To converge the body and mind in yoga asana one needs
the help of Prana which can be achieved by “Pranayamam”.
Our yoga and pranayama training syllabus is based on Pathanjali yoga
sutra, thirumanthiram and Astanga hridaya. This is a very powerful
training program which offers great health, tranquility of mind and
spiritual awareness. Time, duration and content can be customized
according to the student’s age, flexibility and ease.
